Constructed on 15" wreath form.  Finished product is approx 28" x 30."  Blue and pink deco mesh are the foundation for the ribbons in pink, teal, orange, green and yellow.  The flower embellishments vary from light purple to nearly every color of the rainbow. The hand painted truck is approx 8" tall. Truck color and text is customizable.
